We offer discounts for longer stays (3 nights weekend or week long stays) as well as lower prices during weekdays.
Domeo can be rented for up to 4 guests. It is ideal for one or two couples. Bedroom has 1 (full size) bed, and loft has 1 foldable mattress.
In addition to our Domeo we also rent a 1 bedroom suite on the same property, as well as a Tiny House and a 2 bedroom cottage in Prattsville, 12 miles away.

We do not provide "Instant Bookings" so no credit card information is collected with your inquiry. This is because we want to ensure that you review everything prior to reserving your dates and are happy with all the details.
If your dates are available and you want to proceed with the reservation, we will send you a quote/invoice that you can pay online in order to book.
Reservations are confirmed after the payment is received.
Please include the age of ALL guests with your message.

Seasons and Rates

Note: rates below include up to 2 people and are subject to change. For accurate rates please contact us with exact Dates and number of Guests.

Additional Charges:
Cleaning fee: $59/stay (or once a week for longer stays)
RV Toilet waste tank exchange: $25 each time, unless used for at least 3 nights. (Initial toilet setup is included with each booking)
Loft mattress set up as bed (when renting for two): $25 (no fee if renting for 3 or 4).
Additional guests: Additional $25 /night/person after first two (MAX 4 people total).
Minimum stay: 2 nights on weekends (one nights might be allowed on last minute bookings and during most week-nights - please inquire)
Holiday Weekends: 3 nights minimum charge. $399 (3 nights, 2 people) + cleaning fee and extra guests.
Online Reservation Fee: 5.5% . To reduce this fee, ask us how you can pay us with Google Pay.

Price includes the use of: basic kitchen accessories (utensils, plates, glasses, pots and pans, coffee maker, refrigerator, outdoor grill, microwave etc.), bathroom accessories (RV Toilet paper, soap, towels, shampoo, etc) linens, use of water, heaters (winter), Air Conditioner (summer), Basic Cable TV Programming, DVD and Wireless High Speed Internet connection.
Everything basic is provided. One time setup includes linens (bed will be made) and towels (one bath towel per person). If you need more towels or sheets, please bring them with you.
If you are booking for two, only the main bed will be made. Loft mattress is to be used as a SEAT ONLY, unless otherwise requested and set up by us ($25 additional fee applies for the setup).
When booking for 3 or 4, loft mattress will be set up as bed (at no extra fee).
Domeo has an RV self sustained toilet inside. We recommend that you use public restrooms anytime you are out.
The tank holds 5.3 gallons of waste total which should be more than sufficient for at least 3 nights stay.
There is a $25 charge each time you need to empty the tank during your stay, unless you are using it more than 3 nights.
We will supply you with RV toilet paper, which is the only thing you should use in the toilet. Please be Frugal and keep in mind that you are camping and this is not a "City septic" setup.
No wipes or feminine products should ever be flushed!

Napkins to start you with are there. If you need more, or other supplies, such as paper towels, coffee, milk etc. grocery store is within 10 minutes walk from the Dome.
If you have some favorite pots and pans, please bring as the ones in the bungalow are very basic.
Dishes, utensils, glasses are all there. We don't provide sharp knives, so please bring in case you need it.
If you use face cleansers, makeup or creams that bleach or stain towels, please bring your own makeup remover cloth or towel. We charge for replacing stained or bleached towels.

Minimum 2 night stay required to make reservations. 1 Night Stays are offered as "last minute" bookings only (see below).
In the event when a holiday falls on Friday or Monday (long weekend), minimum 3 nights stay is required for reservation.
Holiday weekend rates apply to holidays during the week.
Deposit is required (1/2 of the total price) or payment in full.
Basic Cleaning Fee: per stay or per week (for longer than one week stay). This is a basic cleaning fee for preparing the dome and to upkeep during longer than one week stays (change sheets/towels, dusting, vacuuming). It does NOT include excessive cleaning, which can be taken out of your security deposit at $20/hour. We ask that you follow our check-out list in order to avoid extra cleaning fees.

Security / Damage deposit: $200 (depending on the length of stay), refundable within 7 days of check out.

To ensure availability please make early reservations.

1 Night Stay:
We welcome you for one night if the dome is not reserved (last minute trips only, confirmed a day or 2 before arrival).

Check In/Check Out:
Domeo is ready for guests from 4 PM on the day of arrival.(If you are booking last minute, on arrival date, please know it might take few/several hours to prepare and/or heat the dome for you)
Check out hour is at or before 10 AM.
Earlier check in or later check out can be arranged, for an additional fee, in the event that there are no prior guests leaving on the day of your arrival, or arriving on your departure day.

Seasonal rentals for a month or longer:
Please contact us in advance if you are interested in a longer term / seasonal rental, to ensure that the dates you are interested in don't have any bookings yet.

Last minute getaway trips:
Many people take spontaneous trips! If you just decided that you would like to visit Catskill Mountains please call us to check if our dome is available for your last minute getaway trip.
We welcome last minute guests!
1 night stay OK.

By making reservations you agree to the following:

Cancellations: If you terminate your reservation 60 days or more prior to the start of your rental, you will receive a refund minus 5% processing fee.
Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay made 31-59 days prior to arrival date - 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from your payment, within 30 days prior to the start of rental - no refund will be issued and we will keep your payment. See exceptions (if the dates you cancelled get booked)

Security deposit is always refunded, if you need to cancel your stay prior to arrival.

There are no refunds for one night stay payments, except for security deposit.
Cancellation, early departure or late arrival does not warrant any refund . No refunds will be issued for early departure or late arrival. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately.
